Estimate wasted SDR research time, cost and net saving
Set the number of prospects you want researched each month. The totals update instantly using fixed, visible assumptions, including ADC’s monthly cost.
Where the time usually disappears
The waste is not just the search. It is the repeated checking, filtering, contact selection and context work that happens before anyone can write a useful email.
FAQs
What is this calculator showing?
It estimates how much SDR time may be spent on manual prospect research each month, what that time may cost in salary terms, and the potential monthly saving after ADC’s estimated volume-based cost.
Is the salary cost shown what ADC Innovations charges?
No. “What that time may cost” is an estimate of internal SDR salary cost if the research is done manually. ADC’s estimated cost is then subtracted behind the saving calculation.
How is ADC cost handled?
The calculator starts from £1,250/month and scales ADC’s estimated cost after 250 prospects/month. This avoids showing high-volume campaigns, such as 2,000 prospects per month, against an unrealistic fixed entry-level cost.
What assumptions does the calculator use?
The calculator uses fixed assumptions of 1.5 hours of manual research per prospect, 80% of repeatable research being suitable for systemisation, a £19 per hour UK SDR salary benchmark, and ADC cost starting at £1,250/month before scaling after 250 prospects/month. The only input you change is the number of prospects researched per month.
What costs are not included?
The estimate does not include management review, client reporting, copywriting, failed sends, wrong contacts, poor-fit accounts, lower reply rates, delayed campaign launches, opportunity cost or missed pipeline.
