Jay brings the founder and commercial lens behind ADC. He has built and sold services, led revenue and customer growth, run operations, and worked close enough to delivery to know where sales promises either hold or break.
Before ADC, Jay founded codeBeam and grew it into more than £500,000 in revenue. He later led sales, partnerships, customer growth and revenue operations at a sustainability startup, and supported market testing and operational strategy at an established neurodiversity business.
At ADC, Jay focuses on the commercial judgement behind the product: which accounts are worth attention, and how prospect intelligence should help founders spend their sales time with more confidence.
